These are the names of the ppl who confirm coming for tomorrow BBQ gathering and if your name is not here, it means that we didn't cater for your share:

The people mentioned above are those who we have included in the catering for the BBQ food.

Please note that for those people who are mentioned above, you HAVE to bring $10 because we are catering the food. We will all be sharing the cost.

There will be 20 items for the BBQ, so please be punctual before the food is gone! WOOHOO...lol :D

The BBQ will start at around 4pm to 5pm.

Any of the above names who choose to back out during last minute or absent themself tomorrow will still have to pay the $10 as the food pre-ordered cannot be cancelled.


Please note that ONLY those ppl whose names are mentioned above can attend the BBQ.

Why do we have to turn people away?


People still requested to attend tomorrow nite BBQ after the closing of catering this evening at 6pm. Of course, we would like to accommodate to make everyone happy but please bear in mind that one of the terms and conditions is that each BBQ pit can only take up to 25 ppl at most.


We have since seek approval to accommodate up to 30 people for 1 pit but the number of people coming is still more than that. Thus, we have no other choice but to turn away latecomers.


The catering company is also getting very annoyed with us for making too many changes to the headcounts which affect their workflow and has informed us this evening that they will not entertain anymore changes from our side.
